Are the cards actually handwritten?+
Yes. Each card is written by a robotic arm holding a real pen on premium card stock, so the result is genuine handwritten ink - never a printed font.
Do you ship outside Australia?+
Not yet. LetterPilot is Australia-only for now, with international shipping on the roadmap.
How does pricing work?+
Cards start at AUD $3.00 each and drop $0.30 for every 1,000 cards, down to a floor of $2.00. Standard Australia Post adds $0.20 per card, or Express Post $1.50 per card. GST is added at checkout.
How long does fulfilment take?+
Most campaigns are written and dispatched within 72 hours. Larger runs of more than 10,000 cards take a little longer, and we confirm a dispatch date in your dashboard.
Can I personalise each card?+
Yes. Use placeholders like {{first_name}} or {{company}}, or any column from your CSV, and every card is written for that specific recipient. Personalisation is unlimited and never changes your per-card price.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. Before a campaign enters production, you can issue a full refund from your dashboard. Once production starts, we refund any unwritten cards on a pro-rata basis.
